The Bagley Cottonwood is a historic tree located in Callao Utah. Recognized by the Utah Heritage Tree Program. At one point it was believed to be the largest Fremont Cottonwood in the state. After being under the watchful eye of the same family for nearly 150 years, the tree is in poor health and has a crack splitting the base in two. Gathering Growth made the trip out to document the tree on February 28 2022 to document the tree before any further damage happened. The images you see are from that day.
